Okay for his body type, check out picture 1: top row, second picture, and bottom row second picture. It's like SOMETHING between those two; he's skinny, but he's not LANKY; there's a certain broadness to his shoulders, but its not OVERPOWERING (i saw one person had a design for a trapazoid shaped torso? i liked that i forgot to link it here though.) As for his arms, let us look at george of the jungle in picture 2. He's a relatively tall kid, and ive always felt that jake was PROBABLY slightly taller than dirk. But jake has this AWFUL tendency to slouch (its canon, tbh), so he does look about dirks height, or shorter. Ive always just figured dirk was the sort to stand upright, so they kind of create a weird height illusion. Hes got a sort of free posture too; so his body lends itself adds to his animate person. Referencing the hilarious and dickless picture 3 for skin tone... He's probably about umber, so a DARK white male, but not BLACK. Obviously darker than most folks. (My cousins actually have jakes perfect skin tone?? but i cant really use them as a reference shot...) He's hairy as all fuck, i dont even CARE. I love jakes hairy legs, and bonus points to his hairy arms. Long white socks with hiking shoes, like in picture 4. Early canon his sorts go to about the knees, and he rolls his sleeves up. HE ALSO POPS HIS COLLAR, or has it half popped. It just sort of flops around. Later canon is a little more ridged for design, which you already know. His glasses are black, and he definitely has a sharp nose; he obviously has buck teeth, and theres a picture below of what my favourite buckteeth design is. He has a narrow, but friendly face, which you can see in the first reference image below. A lot of the time he has bandaids on his knees or elbows, or bruises in places for doing dumb shit.
